It only seems like a moment ago you were so helpless and tiny. A little girl who relied on me to be there for her entirely. I cannot believe how fast the years have flown. I beam with pride when I think about how much you have grown. You are no longer the child who needed me each night and day. Or the child who wanted me to chase her every fear and bad thought away. Instead, you are now an independent woman, ready to walk down the aisle on your wedding day. When you do, I will smile and maybe shed a little tear as you glance my way. For I will not just see a beautiful bride, or a loving wife. I will see my baby, ready to begin a new chapter in her life. And I will be so proud that everyone will get to see. Just how amazing you are and how much you mean to me. I truly cannot wait to see what the future has in store. My only wish is that it gives you everything you want and more.
