Processing Time: 2 to 3 Days

All of our items are made to order in our small studio in the beautiful lake district. It takes us around 2 to 3 days to create your items and get them to the post office where Royal Mail take over. 

Delivery Time: 1 to 7 Days

Delivery time is dependant on method chosen. We post via Royal Mail. 

1st Class takes around 2 to 3 working days to arrive. 

2nd Class takes around 3 to 5 working days to arrive.

Tracked Delivery takes around 1 to 3 working days to arrive.

Express takes around 1 to 2 days to arrive.

Please note: this is estimated. Sometimes it can take a little longer due to unforeseen delays, incidents, weather etc.

Non Delivery of Items

If your item does not reach you within 10 business days, please contact us at fromtheheartstudiouk@gmail.com and we will try our best to help. 

Please note: once we dispatch your order, delivery is ultimately down to Royal Mail, so please be respectful and kind when contacting us about missing items or delays as this is not our fault and out of our control. Thank you for understanding.

More Information

Please ensure all the information you provide, such as your address, is correct. A redelivery charge will apply if you would like us to resend if the information you have provided is incorrect.

 

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

We are so very sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges as all of our items are made to order just for you. However, we will issue refunds and replacements in the following situations:

  • If we make a spelling mistake on your print*
  • If we make a mistake with your personalisation*
  • Your item goes missing or is significantly delayed.
  • Your item is damaged on arrival. We will require photo evidence of this for our insurance.
  • Wrong product delivered

* Please ensure all your details and spellings are correct as we are unable to refund or replace any errors on your part. Thank you.
